Unbelievable. Texas referees strike again. There's absolutely no question that some of the penalties called against Nebraska were warranted. But not all of them. And the roughing the passer call in the fourth quarter was insane. There's no way that deserved a penalty. Pathetic. I call unsportsmanlike conduct.
